In Short: We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies.
As part of our Services, we offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies (collectively, "AI Products"). These tools are designed to enhance your experience and provide you with innovative solutions. The terms in this Privacy Notice govern your use of the AI Products within our Services.
Use of AI Technologies
We provide the AI Products through third-party service providers ("AI Service Providers"), including Amazon Bedrock. As outlined in this Privacy Notice, your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these AI Service Providers to enable your use of our AI Products for purposes outlined in "". You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider.

No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Teacher and Administrator accounts on our website are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to create or register a Teacher or Administrator account. However, students of any age may use the platform to access educational content and complete assignments when directed by their teacher or educational institution.
We collect only student usernames and assignment responses to provide classroom management and performance analytics to teachers and their educational organizations. We do not collect, use, or disclose any other personally identifiable student information, and all data is used solely to provide educational services within the platform.
Teachers and students are responsible for creating their own usernames on the platform. We do not require, suggest, or mandate the use of real names or other personally identifiable information in usernames.
10What Are Your Privacy Rights?
In Short: You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time, depending on your country, province, or state of residence.
Withdrawing your consent
If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section "" below.
However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

11Controls For Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

Request Verification
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. California "Shine The Light" Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. 13Data Ownership & Retention
All educational content, student data, and analytics remain the property of the teachers and educational organizations using our platform. Upon account termination, all associated data including student usernames, lesson content, and analytics are permanently deleted from our databases.
14Teacher Content Sharing
Teachers may elect to share their lesson plans and educational materials with other teachers on the platform through our collaborative community features. Shared content remains the intellectual property of the creating teacher.
15User-Generated Usernames
Teachers and students are responsible for creating their own usernames on the platform. We do not require, suggest, or mandate the use of real names or other personally identifiable information in usernames.
16Do We Make Updates To This Notice?
